Quality enhancements 

• Fixed a deadlock when detaching an off-screen BrowserView from its container on Windows.
• Fixed a freeze when BrowserView instances are hosted in windows of two different UI toolkits (Swing and JavaFX) with an active accessibility client on macOS.
• Keyboard events now report the correct key value with a 32-bit JDK on Windows.
